Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ZEEberton account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what is removed.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the ZEEberton app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you only want to take a break, choose Deactivate instead — that hides your profile and can be reversed by simply signing back in.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email support@zeeberton.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify your identity and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, username, bio, photo, location, date of birth).
- Your pets and their photos, galleries, and details.
- Your messages, connections, sightings, and notification history.
- Your device push tokens and notification settings.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained only where required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce safety (for example, records related to a Trust & Safety report) — and only for as long as necessary. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.
