Terms of Service

Welcome to ZEEberton. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and ZEEberton — a service operated by Hirad Fazeli, an individual based in Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”, “our”) — and govern your access to and use of our mobile apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use ZEEberton

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• If you are under 18, additional safety protections apply automatically — including private-by-default settings, hidden precise location, restricted messaging, and exclusion from public profile pages and search indexing.
• You may hold only one account and must provide accurate information.
• You may not use the Service if you have been previously removed or are barred under applicable law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We use industry-standard measures to protect your account, but no system is perfectly secure.

3. Community guidelines & prohibited conduct

ZEEberton is built to be a safe, welcoming place. You agree not to:

• Post sexually explicit content, or sexualize minors in any way.
• Engage in or facilitate human trafficking, child exploitation, kidnapping, grooming, or any conduct that endangers another person — especially a minor.
• Harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, or stalk others.
• Post hateful, violent, or self-harm-promoting content.
• Solicit personal information from, or attempt to meet, a minor who is not your child.
• Spam, scam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and — where required — reporting to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

4. Content & moderation

You retain ownership of content you post, and grant ZEEberton a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service. We use automated tools (including AI content moderation) and human review to detect and remove content that violates these Terms. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Every profile, pet, message, and photo can be reported, and any user can be blocked, directly from within the app. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and act on them — removing the content and, where warranted, ejecting the user — typically within 24 hours. By using ZEEberton you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on the Service.

5. Location & the live map

Core features rely on your location. Your pin appears on the live map only while you choose to be Online, and your precise location is shared according to your privacy settings. You can go offline at any time.

6. Safety disclaimer

ZEEberton helps you meet people, but we do not verify the identity or conduct of users. Meet in public, use good judgment, and never share sensitive personal or financial information. You are responsible for your interactions with others.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEEberton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continued use means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
