Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ZEEberton+, the optional paid subscription for ZEEberton — a service operated by Hirad Fazeli, an individual based in Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”, “our”). It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What you’re buying
ZEEberton+ is a recurring digital subscription (billed monthly or annually) that unlocks cosmetic and convenience features inside the ZEEberton app. It never affects anyone’s safety, privacy, or core functionality — the free tier remains fully usable. The price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
2. Merchant of record
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates). Paddle handles the transaction, billing receipts, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Your card or bank statement may show a charge from Paddle or paddle.net.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of ZEEberton+, for any reason. This applies to first-time purchases and covers your most recent charge on a new subscription.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time (see below) to stop future renewals. Because renewal reminders and the renewal price are shown in advance, renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins — but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review it in good faith and, in most cases, refund it.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime and keep your ZEEberton+ features until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling stops the next renewal, it does not immediately remove access. To cancel, use the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle billing receipt email, or email us at support@zeeberton.com and we’ll take care of it. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period after a mid-period cancellation, except where required by law.
6. Exceptions and your legal rights
- Duplicate or accidental charges, or charges caused by a technical error, are always refunded in full.
- Consumer-protection rights. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases). Where those rights are more generous than this policy, they apply.
- We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
7. How to request a refund
Email support@zeeberton.com from the address on your account (or reply to your Paddle receipt) with your order/receipt number. Most requests are answered within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
